Shipping - Domestic Orders
The default shipping method is via UPS Ground to the continental 48 states. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select are available upon request, these will normally be processed the same day and leave with our afternoon UPS pickup. However, if received after 2 pm. the order may not be shipped the same day, but the next business day.
UPS Ground shipments are shipped within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your order.
Shipping - International Orders
Sorry but we do not sell to or ship to residents of foreign countries.
Order Status
We strive to ship all orders within 7-10 business days of order entry, however this is not a guarantee, due to the nature of our industry at times we are not able to keep an adequate inventory in stock, therefore, some of our products may be out of stock without notice or the ability to replenish. Our apologies if this happens with your order, however, we will notify you of the backorder and, if there is a chance we are able to replenish, we ask you to be patient for it may take up to 4 weeks to fulfill. Delays may also be experienced if we have a high volume of orders placed ahead of your order, as we fill orders in the order they were received. If you choose you may cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund.
If you provided an email during the ordering process, you should receive a tracking number from UPS.com via e-mail the day your order ships, please be patient as tracking numbers are not immediately issued. You can track your order using the tracking number at UPS.com.
