Payment Methods
 
You may pay online using your Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards, through Paypal (payable to sales@eaglemtnoutfitters.com) or Google CheckOut or with a Check or Money Order issued by a US financial institution in U.S. Dollars.
 
International credit cards will not be accepted.
 
If paying by check, we will hold the order for up to 14 days until the check clears. You will be notified when your order ships.
 
Product Descriptions and Inventory
 
We have made every effort to keep all descriptions accurate for all products, however, if you find that a product did not come to you as described please let us know so we can change our listing. It is sometimes difficult to keep accurate inventory of all products due to the quantity and suppliers of the different products we offer. If you have a question, please ask us before you order, we answer most e-mail questions in one business day or less, sometimes in just minutes!
 
Order Cancellations
 
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within less than 24 hours of order placement. If you wait any longer your order may have been processed. To cancel your order please call us at 1-888-827-1692 .
 
Order cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you do wish to cancel your order and it has shipped, you may refuse delivery of the shipment and have it returned to us.  However, by doing this you will be charged for the shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for shipping, unless the mistake is ours.
 
For shipments returned to us because of a circumstance out of our control, including, but not limited to wrong size ordered, or you simply don't want the product, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Again, please note that we cannot refund shipping charges in this instance.
 
Receiving Damaged Goods - Please Contact Us Immediately!
 
If you receive damaged goods when items are shipped via the Post Office you should write damaged goods on the delivery receipts and notify your postmaster for acknowledgement in writing. Return to us the damaged goods, copy of the invoice, the acknowledgement from the postmaster and a letter of explanation.
 
If you receive damaged goods when items are shipped via UPS you should write damaged goods on the receipt, unless package was left at your residence, in this case you should notify your local UPS customer service representative and they will give you instructions on what to do. Do not just send the damaged goods back to us for replacement. This will cause a hold up with the refunding/replacement process.
 
Returns, Refunds or Exchanges
 
Please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping products back to us. When returning an item it must be returned in the same condition as it was received along with all display and packing materials. It shall not be altered, laundered or soiled.
 
All food and water products are not returnable whether opened or unopened due to State health laws.
 
We have a 30 day return policy in which the item must reach our facility within 30 days of the receipt of your items. Returns received after 30 days will be returned to you and you will be charged return shipping.  Sorry but shipping charges are not refundable.
 
We reserve the right to decline any return and to refund using store credit in the form of an online gift certificate at our discretion.
 
Please make sure you provide your return authorization number on the inside and outside of your box! All returns must include a copy of the invoice with an explanation of why the  item is being returned and what you would like us to do ie....refund or exchange.
 
For shipments returned to us because of a circumstance out of our control, including, but not limited to wrong size ordered or you simply don't want the product, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
 
Items specifically marked as not returnable in their product descriptions cannot be returned under any circumstances.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regards to possession and use of any items that are offered for sale by Eagle Mountain Outfitters, or its parent company, GarDian Enterprises LLC. Consult your local, state, and federal laws before ordering.
 
By placing an order, the buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. In addition, the buyer assumes all liability concerning the use or misuse and or possession of products offered for sale by Eagle Mountain Outfitters, or its parent company, GarDian Enterprises LLC. Eagle Mountain Outfitters, or its parent company, GarDian Enterprises LLC, shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or possession of the products offered for sale.
 
Orders placed via the internet will receive an order number and an automated e-mail confirmation receipt, however, all orders are subject to the acceptance and approval of Eagle Mountain Outfitters and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any and all orders at anytime prior to the actual time of shipment of the order.
 
We've made every effort to insure that descriptions and prices are accurate, however, specifications, color, legal restrictions, availability and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. In this event we will notify you of the change and request that you approve of the action or you may cancel the item. Eagle Mountain Outfitters reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts, at it's own discretion.
 
IN NO EVENT WILL EAGLE MOUNTAIN OUTFITTERS, OR ITS PARENT COMPANY, GARDIAN ENTERPRISES LLC, BE LIABLE FOR (I) ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY INFORMATION, OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE, OR DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY DELAY OF SUCH INFORMATION OR SERVICE. EVEN IF EAGLE MOUNTAIN OUTFITTERS, OR ITS PARENT COMPANY, GARDIAN ENTERPRISES LLC OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICE AND/OR MATERIALS OR INFORMATION DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
 
BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, EAGLE MOUNTAIN OUTFITTERS, OR ITS PARENT COMPANY, GARDIAN ENTERPRISES LLCs, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LEAST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
 
Eagle Mountain Outfitters makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this Site. When you access a non-eaglemtnoutfitters.com web site, please understand that it is independent from Eagle Mountain Outfitters, and that eaglemtnoutfitters.com has no control over the content on that web site.
